This 28 × 20cm rectangular cast iron serving platter is designed for presenting full main courses, barbecue favourites, grilled vegetables and generous sharing dishes. Its larger serving surface comfortably accommodates meat, fish or vegetarian dishes with accompanying sides, making it ideal for impressive oven-to-table presentation. Premium cast iron provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention to help meals stay hotter for longer. Pre-seasoned for improved food release, it is suitable for oven use and all hob types, including induction. Its rugged construction and distinctive cast iron finish make it a perfect choice for restaurants, steakhouses, bistros and gastropubs. To preserve the protective seasoning, hand washing, thorough drying and occasional light oiling are recommended. Suitable for temperatures up to 350°C.
