This Rocks glass from the series 'Cassiopea' by Bormioli Rocco unites functionality with a well thought-out design. Who would have guessed, that a octagon-shaped base could transform into a circular drinking rim in such a strikingly unique way? Doing so, this tumbler hides many different shapes in its contour. The inwards dent at half the glass's height is especially useful since it makes the glass fit into almost any hand intuitively.
As the name rocks glass already suggests, this tumbler is primarily made for 'whisky on the rocks'. Simply by looking at the glass from different angles, it appears to already have ice cubes inside. This illusion as well as the many different shapes found in this glass's design make it appeal to whisky and geometry enthusiasts.

For anyone who enjoys geometric, exceptional designs, Bormioli Rocco's 'Cassiopea' collection is bound to deliver! This Rocks glass features an octagonal bottom surface, which is artistically transformed into a circular mouth rim towards the top. While the lower half of the glass consists of irregular triangles and squares, their contours and edges dissolve within the upper half until the walls finally end in a round opening. Halfway up, there is a pentagonal waisting, which serves to make the tumbler more handy. Since the shape design is already reminiscent of sparkling ice cubes, it is not surprising that this drinking glass is primarily intended for whiskey on the rocks.
