Do you know the beer mugs used at the Oktoberfest? Now imagine one of these, but with a volume of only 5cl. "But what for?", you may ask. "Nobody wants to drink one sip of beer only!" That's true and that's why this miniature beer mug is meant for schnapps and other liquor.
Stölzle added this only about 7cm high beer mug to their "Isar" series. The shot glass looks exactly like its much bigger brother, complete with a handle and the shield for a brewery logo.
Every year the Oktoberfest takes place in the city of Munich and close to the river Isar. That's probably why Stölzle named their series of beer jugs "Isar".
This 5cl shot glass is true to the detail - including the handle. The miniature beer mug has a 4cl calibration mark and the perfect size for schnapps and other spirits.
