The 'Cold Press Slow Juicer #65' is a professional juicer which drains almost all the liquid from fruits and vegetables. Due to the slow extraction process, the important nutrients and vitamins remain in the juice.
The device's housing is made of aluminum and all parts, which make contact with food are made of stainless steel and are easily accessible. Hence they are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. The waste container is made of plastic and has a huge capacity of 4 liters.
In order to work best in numerous environments, the spout of the juicer was put at a height of 21,0cm. This way, juice can directly be filled into glasses and carafes. When in continuous operation, the juicer can produce up to 60 liters of juice per hour.
The chute is 79,5mm in diameter thus many whole fruits can be inserted right away.
On the Santos Cold Press Slow Juicer's left side there are two illuminated buttons as well as two rotary controls to adjust the rotary speed of the juicer. The latter can range from 5 to 80 revolutions per minute depending on the consistency of the fruit.
