The Granitor® ICON 3-1 is particularly easy to set up: simply take the device out of the box, place it on a stable, level surface with at least 15 cm of space on all sides for ventilation, follow the installation and operating instructions – and you're ready to go.
Only suitable products may be used in the machine. If using your own mixtures, ensure that the sugar content is at least 13° Brix or that an alcohol content of 4% is achieved . The time required to reach the desired serving temperature may vary depending on the recipe, quantity, and temperature of the liquid poured into the machine.
