The machine is delivered safely by a shipping company and can be put into operation in no time. Place it on a stable, level surface with at least 15 cm clearance for ventilation, fill the containers, and start the cooling process.
Important: Only suitable products may be used in this machine. Your own recipes must contain at least 13°Brix (sugar) or 4% alcohol to achieve the optimum consistency.
