For smooth operation, please note:
- Place the device on a level, stable surface with at least 15 cm clearance on all sides for ventilation.
- Only use suitable mixtures with a sugar content of at least 13° Brix or 4% alcohol.
- Filling, cooling, serving: Once the target temperature has been reached, you can serve perfectly chilled frozen drinks for hours.
