Beside the classical use of smoke in the kitchen to flavour meat, desserts and other dishes, it is more and more established in fancy bars: "Smoked Cocktails" are a trendy way to impress your guests! The Smoking Gun Pro™ by Sage Commerce is the perfect tool for that purpose.
The handy Smoking Gun Pro™ works with four AA batteries (not included!), so you don't have to worry about cable spaghetti. The battery compartment on the bottom side is protected by a lid you can easily detach and re-attach. The barrel made of anodized aluminium is easy to mount on the device because of a cut-out which fits exactly to the black plastic housing. The heavy-duty metal blower fan won't melt at high temperatures and the efficient motor is working on a low noise level. The silicone hose is about 52cm long and thereby promises a comfortable handling.
The use of The Smoking Gun Pro™ is absolutely easy: Attach the barrel to the device, click the smoking chamber into the the open recess in the top of the barrel and insert the hose into the circular hole in the front face. Now the Smoking Gun is ready for action.
