One of the best-known types of beer in the US craft beer movement is India Pale Ale (IPA for short). Due to its distinctively strong hop flavor, it requires a very specific glass silhouette. Of course, the manufacturer Spiegelau did not miss the opportunity to make this ideally designed IPA glass part of their classic 'Craft Beer Glasses' series.
This Craft Beer IPA glass is 18,6cm high and holds just over half a liter. The lower part of the glass is narrow and ribbed and flows into a smooth goblet at the top. In this upper half of the glass, the flavor carriers of an IPA have enough space to fully develop their characteristic fruity note.

Another member of the 'Craft Beer Glasses' series from Spiegelau is this IPA glass (short for Indian Pale Ale). In order to emphasize the particularly fruity aroma of the light ale, an IPA glass requires a very special shape. At the bottom, the glass is rather narrow and has got a ribbed structure, whereas at the top, it switches to a very expansive, smooth bell shape.
