This storage jar with a lid holds up to 1.35 liters of coffee beans, pasta, or granola. A special feature is the mostly transparent lid, which allows you to always see the contents of the jar—even when it’s placed on a lower shelf.
Since the storage jar is made of borosilicate glass, it is particularly heat-resistant and can withstand temperatures ranging from -120 °C to +420 °C. According to the manufacturer, while the cylindrical jar is not suitable for use in the oven or over an open flame, it is dishwasher- and microwave-safe. The lid, on the other hand, must only be washed by hand, as it is primarily made of plastic with stainless steel and a silicone gasket. The lid seals very securely when the jar is upright. However, it simply snaps on and could come loose during transport or when stored on its side.
