The Syrah/Shiraz glass from this series features slight waves towards the top of the glass. They help highlighting the nuances in the wine by enlarging the surface area. Combined with the oval shape of the calyx, the wine glass promises excellent balance for medium-bodied red wines. Therefore the glass is specifically recommended for the grape variety Syrah.
Other design aspects of the glass are the thin stem and the wide bottom plate, which ensures a safe stand despite the wafer thin crystal glass.
