The strainer is fine-meshed and made of stainless steel and enables clean and quick work. A small hook is attatched to the rim, which is used to place it on the edge of a glass. This hook or the end of the handle is used to hang the sieve. The diameter of the hemispherical sieve including the hook is 8.0 cm.
Use the fine sieve to filter small residues of pulp. Shake the desired cocktail in a shaker and then pour the drink into the guest glass, holding the strainer between the glass and the shaker. The fine strainer holds back fine and small particles such as fruit pulp, small seeds, herbs and ice chips.
