Sweet, fruity cocktails are often served in Tiki mugs. This one shows a grim looking being - a classic and typical Tiki motif. The ceramic mug is sculpted all around and has a glossy blue surface with a tendency to purple. Its oversized head dominates and at the same time ensures that the mug is easy to grip.
Recipe for Blueberry Mojito:
10g blueberries
2 EL brown cane sugar
1cl lime juice
4cl rum
mint leaves
250ml Tonic Water
2cl Blue Curacao
Crushed ice
Preparation: Crush the washed blueberries with the sugar and then mix with the lime juice and rum. Pour into the glass and add mint leaves. Top up with tonic water and crushed ice. Finally let the Blue Curacao run over the bar spoon into the glass.
