The Torq 2.0 Speed from Waring is a 2 hp blender for bars, cafés, and kitchens. Various speeds can be set on the electronic control panel, and the blender mixes cocktails, dressings, and more at up to 24,000 rpm. According to the manufacturer, the Waring blender needs only 8 seconds to make three 0.5-liter margaritas, for example. The blades and clutch are made of durable stainless steel, ensuring that the Torq 2.0 Speed can even crush ice.
The 1.4-liter container is approximately 23.5 cm high without the lid and up to 15 cm wide at the rim. It is stackable and made of copolyester, which is robust, food-safe, and BPA-free. The lid and filling cap are easily removable for filling and cleaning. Two scales on the blender container make it easy to measure correctly: a milliliter scale in 50 ml increments up to 1400 ml and an ounce scale in 2 oz increments up to 48 oz.
