This professional bar & kitchen blender is the newest version of the Vita-Prep 3 and comes with improvements and many new key features:
- 3 HP performance motor
- variable speed for better control and precise results
- large integrated fan for optimal cooling and while shredding hard ingredients
- 2,0 liter tritan container with lid and integrated blades
- incl. muddler which can be used while device is switched on
Especially the infinitely variable speed control makes the Vitamix Vita-Prep 3 a professional device for hotels, restaurants and bars. This feature combined with the 6-step program make this blender one of the most versatile on the market.
The included muddler can be inserted into the container via a hole in the lid and stops a couple cm above the blades - never touching the blades themselves. In a circular motion, the ingredients can be scraped off the insides of the container while the device is still switched on. Allowing maximum blending.
Long life is ensured by a high performing fan and an extra strong 3 HP motor.
