In Europe tattoos used to be for pirates and criminals - often in the form of skulls and anchors. On other continents, people have been stinging or burning patterns and symbols into their skin for thousands of years - as a rank insignia, symbol of protection or body jewelry. Today, everybody got their own ideas about tattoos. The Italian glass manufacturer RCR uses the term for their crystal glass series, which is adorned with curved patterns of tendrils and stylized flowers.
The wine glasses 'Tattoo' have a 9,5cm high chalice, which sits on a polygonal stem of almost the same height. The stem widens towards the top and then forms a waist, emphasizing the elegant overall shape of the wine glasses.
The LUXION® crystal glass developed by RCR is dishwasher safe, very clear and according to the manufacturer 100% recyclable.
