The glasses "Sublym" by Chef & Sommelier have been developed especially for the upscale gastronomic needs.
The high, fine stem, the harmoniously curved shape and the polished edge make these glasses particularly elegant. But as fragile as they seem, as tough they are. The used KWARX glass is not only extremely glossy with a stable brilliance, but also particularly resistant to corrosion and temperature changes - two forces which are quite common in gastronomy.
The glass series is available in different sizes and volumes, with and without calibration marks. This glass with 350ml volume is perfectly suitable for serving white and rosé wines.

This delicate wine goblet called 'Sublym' comes from the production of Chef & Sommelier. There it is crafted from high-quality Kwarx glass, which is known and celebrated for its increased break resistance and flawless transparency. These two material properties ensure that it remains highly brilliant and attractive for a long time, even after countless washing cycles. This makes the wine glass ideal for upscale gastronomy, but it also cuts a great figure in a domestic setting. Its slender, elongated appearance showcases both red and white wine superbly. The high-closed goblet bears two calibration markings on its gossamer side walls: the lower one indicates a filling level of 0,1l, while the other one is at a filling level of 0,2l.In total, the glass holds 350ml with a maximum diameter of 8cm and a rim diameter of 5,6cm.

1Note: The specified 'total volume' (also referred to as gross capacity) of a glass indicates the maximum amount of liquid it can hold when filled to the brim. In contrast, the 'fill volume' (also referred to as usable volume or serving volume) describes the practically usable amount. Both values are given in ml or l. Due to production conditions, a tolerance of ±5% may occur, which corresponds to industry standards and does not constitute a defect.
