The large Whisky glass from the premium series 'Hommage Comète' by Zwiesel Glas has a very wide and heavy base in which the manufacturer's logo is delicately engraved. The main focus however is on the stunning pattern by which the 9,6cm wide glass is decorated.
Overlapping lines adorn the outside of the cylindrical glass and break incoming light in spectacular fashion. When filled with colorful drinks, the colors seem to be carried along by the thin lines of the relief. By turning the glass slightly in one hand, it almost seems to reflect the flashing light of passing comets.
The handblown Whisky glass is of course not limited to Whisky or other liquors but can instead be used in a vast variety of ways while offering a generous capacity.

The premium whisky glass from the series 'Hommage Comète' is preciously decorated by a pattern of thin intersecting grooves in the lower third of the tumbler. Incoming light is scattered and reflected in such a way that it resembles passing comets in the sky.
The very wide base makes for a pleasantly heavy glass which can still easily be gripped thanks to its relief-like surface. It is best used for fresh cocktails with one large ice cube or an increasingly popular ice sphere. Due to the large capacity, the handmade glass offers more than enough space for drinks and noticeable garnishes.
