Sturdy and acid resistant "Mexican Elbow" lemon squeezer, also usable for limes and other smaller citrus fruits. The juice flows through the seven holes at the bottom of this stainless steel squeezer by Prime Bar easily, while withholding kernels.
To get delicious and fresh juice, just cut the lemon or lime in half and place it - the cut edge facing downwards - into the squeezer. Now squeeze gently, for squeezing to strongly may result in bitterness coming from the oils in the skin and the mesocarp.
To get more juice out of your fruit, you can leave in in warm water for a few minutes and, with a gentle pressure, roll in back and forth on your cutting board.
