This 15cm long bar spoon made of stainless steel is comparatively short, which makes it perfect for drinks served in Copa and Balloon glasses. The stem is twisted and features a disc at one end with a 2,6cm diameter. It is used for stacking cocktails and also helps balancing the spoon. The oval spoon cup is 4,5cm long and up to 3cm wide.
Offer your guests a special service: Leave the bar spoon in or on top of the glass to give your guests the opportunity to stir their drink whenever they like to.
Recipe for Gin Tonic with orange and cinnamon:
60ml Gin (use a sweet brand if you like)
120ml Tonic Water
1/2 orange
1 cinnamon stick
Wash the orange and peel zests (from the outer, colorful skin). Put ice cubes, Gin and Tonic Water into a Balloon glass and add the cinnamon stick. Crush one or two orange zests to release the essential oils and put them into the glass. Stir with the G&T spoon.
