This mixing cup differs from standard mixing glasses in several ways. It is made of stainless steel and features a double-walled design. This provides excellent insulation between the beverage inside—which needs to be kept cool—and the surrounding environment. The bottom of the cup is also double-walled. The inside of the stainless steel cup is brushed, while the outside is mirror-polished. The lower half of the exterior is also decorated with a diamond-patterned relief, which improves the feel of the smooth surface—especially when it gets wet. Another appealing feature is the distinct, pointed edge on the spout, which prevents dripping.
Please note: Over time, discoloration may form in the grooves between the diamonds, but this can be corrected with a polishing cloth. The rim may have small scratches and dents resulting from the manufacturing process, which result in a rim that is not perfectly circular. These minor cosmetic imperfections do not affect the functionality of this reliable bar tool.
