When ordering, you have the option to enter your VAT ID number. Provided that this is valid and matches the company data – make sure that the company name is correct! – you will receive the VAT back after ordering. The check is carried out manually by our clerk; if this is not successful, we will contact you by email.
If the information does not match your VAT ID number, delivery delays may occur! If you do not reply to our e-mail requesting a correction of the VAT ID or company name, the goods will be sent automatically including VAT! A subsequent correction after the goods have been dispatched is unfortunately not possible.
If you chose to pay by PayPal or credit card when ordering, we will charge back the VAT within 14 days.
When paying in advance, please wait for the second e-mail with the tax-free invoice (up to 12 hours processing time on working days!), which will be sent after a positive check.
You can easily and conveniently manage recurring orders via the customer account in order to save yourself unnecessary work with the next order.
