Bottle dispenser
Bottle dispensers make day-to-day work behind the bar easier by helping the bar staff measure spirits precisely. For this purpose, the stopper is inserted into the open bottle. Bottle and dispenser are then fixed together in a bottle holder, which is usually attached to the wall behind the bar counter. The mechanism of the dispenser can then be easily operated with the guest glass: Generally, a small plastic trigger is pressed from below. Newer dispensers, on the other hand, have a single lever that is pushed backwards with the glass.
Since the requirements for dosing devices vary greatly, they are available in many different versions: On the one hand, these are designed for various bottle sizes (0.7l, 1l, 3l...) and are also available with different dosing quantities from 2cl to 5cl. At the cocktail bar 'doubles' are often required for mixing, which is where a 4cl dispenser comes in handy. Some dispensers are also equipped with an additional counter, which gives you a good overview of your consumption and helps you calculate your purchases.
