Spray system: precise, layer-by-layer ice formation

The Brema spray system sprays fine jets of water onto the ice molds. Because the water freezes layer by layer in this way, air pockets in the ice are avoided. This results in crystal-clear, dense ice cubes with a slow melting rate that look good in the glass and last a long time.

Efficient and climate-friendly cooling concept

The air-cooled design requires good air circulation at the installation site. This allows the heat generated by the device to be effectively dissipated. This ice maker uses R290 (propane) as a refrigerant – efficient, modern, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

Everyday use & care: designed for fast processes

AISI 304 stainless steel ensures robust, hygienic surfaces. Practical details such as rounded inner edges and removable components reduce cleaning time – for consistently high hygiene and ice quality.
