Production – frozen, pressed, brokenTo produce uniform ice nuggets, water is frozen into ice in a double-walled stainless steel evaporator. This is then formed under pressure into uniform, dense nuggets and subsequently broken. The result is hard, glass-friendly pieces with reliable cold transfer – consistent from batch to batch.
