The bright glossy berries have a wonderfull red colour. These do taste juicy and slightly sourish and contain of antioxidants. Originally does the Cranberry come from the northeast of the USA and Canada. The harvest of the commercial cultivated cranberries is exceptional. Firstly the fields were flooded, secondly special machines were used and finally the riding and ride fruits were collected.
With Giffard Cranberry Syrup, you pour colour and aroma in your cocktails and water.
