Monin elderflower syrup is available here in a 1,0l PET bottle. Elderflower syrup is used in drinks such as Hugo, Gin Martini and Orange Spritz. When it comes to non-alcoholic beverages, elderflower syrup is often used for making lemonade and iced teas. But the sweet, floral flavor also gives a delicious taste even to simple mineral water.

Hugo recipe:

Ingredients:
20ml Elderflower syrup
15ml Prosecco
1 lime
a few leaves of fresh Moroccan mint
soda or mineral water

Preparation: Place the mint in a wine glass and muddle lightly to release the essential oils. Cut the washed lime into eighths and add a few pieces to the glass. Add 2-3 ice cubes, elderflower syrup and Prosecco, then stir gently. Add soda/mineral water to adjust the strength of the drink. Garnish with a slice of lime or mint leaves.
