The orange has many names, but the nicest is the french one: gold apple! The orange coloured citrus fruit grows at shrubs or trees. Originally it comes from south china but it was spread all around the world.
In the 16th century the orange shrubs were brought to France. An Orangerie was invented which was used as a home for citrus trees during winter times and as well for the orange. The yellow orange flesh is easy to digest and the peel is easy to remove.Enjoy oranges in jams, jelly, cakes, juice and in Monin Orange syrup!

20ml Monin Orange syrup
30ml Grand Marnier
20ml gin
60ml sweet & sour mix
lemonade
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass. Top with a dash of lemonade.
