The stainless steel Gastronomy-standard container is perforated and has GN 1/2 dimensions. The perforated tray is 10cm high and can be utilized in a variety of ways at any salad bar, food counter and in kitchens. The Gastronorm standard makes the stainless steel container compatible with other Gastronorm containers. For example, you could insert two of these GN 1/2 containers into a GN 1/1 container, which then collects the draining liquids.

Holes are found in the base and on all four sides of the container, but not in the rounded corners. The perforated area in the base is a rectangle measuring approximately 21,5x15,0cm. The perforated areas on the sides measure approx. 12,5x3,0cm and 8,5x3,0cm respectively.
