The Hoshizaki IM-45PE-E series combines professional cube ice production with advanced hygiene and installation features for demanding commercial environments. The units are equipped as standard with a UV-C sanitisation function and an integrated drain pump, making them ideal for hospitality venues, hotels, bars, cafés and other professional applications where ice quality, hygiene and installation flexibility are key requirements.

Thanks to the plug-and-play design and integrated storage bin, the units can be installed quickly and incorporated into a wide range of working environments. Their compact construction makes them particularly suitable for bar counters, undercounter kitchens and locations where space is limited.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each ice cell is individually supplied with fresh water so that only the required amount of water is used. Excess water is automatically discharged to help reduce mineral build-up and support the production of clear, compact and slow-melting ice cubes.

The integrated UV-C hygiene function further contributes to the sanitisation of both water and air within the production area. Combined with the closed water circuit, this creates a controlled and hygienic production process that supports consistently high ice quality.

Automatic cleaning and rinse cycles help minimise deposits within the water system and reduce maintenance requirements. At the same time, the electronic control system continuously monitors all production parameters to ensure stable operating conditions even during intensive use.

The integrated drain pump significantly expands installation possibilities and simplifies operation in locations with limited drainage options or greater distances to wastewater connections. This makes the series particularly suitable for flexible installation scenarios in professional environments.

A magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling improves operational reliability and reduces the risk of leakage. The robust stainless steel construction has been developed for continuous daily use and combines durability with easy cleaning.

The air-cooled refrigeration system delivers reliable ice production while maintaining energy-efficient operation. The units use natural refrigerant R290 and combine modern cooling performance with environmentally responsible technology.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, adjustable legs and an ice scoop. Optional water filtration systems and additional accessories are also available.
