With their increased production capacity, the units provide a dependable supply of ice even during periods of heavy demand. The integrated storage bin ensures sufficient ice reserves are always available, helping to maintain efficient service throughout peak operating hours.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each ice cell is individually filled with fresh water while excess water is automatically discharged. This process helps reduce mineral build-up and supports the production of clear, compact and slow-melting ice cubes with consistently high quality.

A key feature of the EliteCUBE series is the factory-integrated UV-C hygiene function. It supports sanitisation within the production area and complements the closed water system, which helps protect the entire ice-making process from external contamination. This makes the series particularly suitable for businesses with demanding hygiene standards.

Automatic rinse cycles regularly clean the water system and help minimise limescale and mineral deposits. At the same time, the electronic control system continuously monitors all production processes to ensure consistently high performance under varying operating conditions.

The magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling provides precise water management, reduces the risk of leakage and supports long-term operational reliability. Combined with the robust stainless steel construction, it creates a durable solution for continuous professional use.

The air-cooled refrigeration system operates efficiently and reliably. Natural refrigerant R290 is used as an environmentally responsible alternative to conventional refrigerants. An integrated drain pump can be added as an optional upgrade to provide additional installation flexibility.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, adjustable legs and an ice scoop. Optional water filtration systems, scoop holders and additional accessories are also available.
