The Hoshizaki IM-45WPE-F series combines water-cooled refrigeration technology with professional cube ice production and a factory-installed drain pump. The units have been specifically developed for businesses that require maximum installation flexibility while benefiting from a reliable supply of high-quality ice. Thanks to the integrated storage bin and plug-and-play design, the models are ideal for bars, restaurants, hotels and other demanding hospitality environments.

The compact construction allows seamless integration into a wide variety of layouts and workspace concepts. The integrated storage bin keeps ice readily available at all times and supports efficient workflows even during peak operating periods.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each ice cell is individually filled with fresh water while excess water is automatically discharged. This process helps reduce mineral build-up and supports the production of clear, compact and slow-melting ice cubes.

Automatic rinse cycles regularly clean the water system and help minimise residue and limescale deposits. The closed water circuit further protects the production process from external contamination and contributes to consistently high ice quality.

The integrated drain pump significantly expands installation possibilities. As a result, the units can also be installed in locations where gravity drainage is difficult to achieve, simplifying the planning of bars, refurbishment projects and customised interior layouts.

The electronic control system continuously monitors all production processes to ensure consistent performance. At the same time, the magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling provides precise water management, reduces the risk of leakage and supports long component life.

The robust stainless steel construction has been designed for intensive professional use. Removable components, replaceable magnetic door gaskets and easily accessible service areas simplify cleaning, maintenance and servicing.

The water-cooled refrigeration system ensures reliable ice production even in environments with high ambient temperatures or limited airflow. The units use natural refrigerant R290 and combine dependable operation with energy-efficient performance. An optional UV-C sanitisation system can be added to further support water hygiene within the production area.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, adjustable legs and an ice scoop. Optional water filtration systems, scoop holders and additional accessories are available.

For water-cooled units, the condenser circuit should be connected to a closed-loop cooling system. Connecting such equipment directly to the mains water supply may not comply with local water authority regulations.
