The air-cooled system is particularly suited for standard kitchen and bar environments with sufficient air circulation.
As self-contained ice machines, the units feature an integrated storage bin and are ready for immediate use. This concept enables quick and uncomplicated installation without additional system components and is ideal for applications requiring a compact and independent solution.
Ice is produced using the proven closed cell system: each ice cube is formed individually using fresh water, while excess water is efficiently drained away. Automatic rinse cycles reduce mineral build-up and ensure clear, compact, and neutral-tasting ice cubes.
A closed water circuit protects the production process from contamination and ensures consistently high ice quality. At the same time, a magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling guarantees efficient water flow and enhances operational reliability and system longevity.
The electronic control system continuously monitors the production process and ensures stable performance even under changing conditions. Integrated cleaning and maintenance functions simplify daily operation.
The air-cooled refrigeration system enables reliable ice production with energy-efficient operation. The units use the natural refrigerant R290. Both a UV-C hygiene function and an internal drain pump can be optionally retrofitted. The unit is supplied with an installation kit, adjustable feet, and an ice scoop.
