The Lemonade Base Syrup by Giffard is a great base for fruity lemonades; but it also adds a fresh taste to various cocktails. The pure sugar syrup itself gets its lemony taste from lemon juice concentrate and natural lemon flavor.
Recipe for Double Berry Lemonade:
Ingredients:
20 ml Lemonade Base syrup
6 fresh raspberries
20 ml cranberry juice
sparkling water
Preparation: Put syrup, juice and raspberries in a cocktail shaker, together with some ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top up with mineral water and garnish with additional raspberries.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, acidifier: citric acid, concentrated lemon juice, natural lemon flavoring with other natural flavorings, stabilizer: E445.
