This 3000ml measuring cup is made of BPA-free polypropylene plastic, which is food safe and temperature resistant from -20 to +100°C. These material advantages, as well as the large circumference and practical scale, make it perfect for measuring water and other ingredients when cooking and baking.
The large measuring cup features two opposing scales, a closed handle and an adequate spout. Of the scales, one is kept transparent and embossed, while the other is printed in blue. However, they are divided the same way: there is a measuring line every 50ml and every fourth one is numbered, so the numbers go up in increments of 200. Additionally, there are fractional numbers on the left side of the graduation marks, which are spaced at quarter intervals (1/4, 1/2, 3/4 etc.).
The plastic handle, which is hollow on the outside, has a ribbed inside, which provides a good grip, especially when wet.
Please note that the printed scale may fade when cleaned in the dishwasher.
