This mixing glass exudes vintage charm! The elaborate retro design is reminiscent of the bar culture of days gone by, and the heavy glass quality ensures stability during the preparation of stirred cocktails. When pre-chilled, the thick-walled glass keeps drinks cold much longer than thinner-walled mixing jugs, so drinks don't water down too quickly and you can even do without ice altogether. The small spout prevents dripping and spilling when pouring drinks into guests' glasses.
Note: The glass can be placed in the dishwasher for hygienic cleaning. Please allow it to cool sufficiently afterwards and do not use it immediately for mixing again to avoid thermal shock and possible shattering. Especially during operation, it is advisable to have several glasses in use so that cleaned glasses can cool down undisturbed.

Bijou is the French word for jewel... This pre-dinner cocktail is a real treasure for the palate and therefore lives up to its name!
Ingredients:
- 2cl gin
- 2cl red vermouth
- 2cl green Chartreuse
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Garnish with an olive or cocktail cherry
Preparation:
Mix the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice for a short time, then strain through a bar strainer into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
