Its sweet-and-sour flavor profile and delicate citrus aromas are modeled after the alcoholic version. Giffard’s non-alcoholic Triple Sec is produced in France by macerating bitter oranges and sweet orange peels. Its clear, light yellow color visually conveys the aromatic orange flavor. Try the non-alcoholic Triple Sec in low-alcohol cocktails as well, for example by keeping the rum or tequila and simply replacing the Triple Sec with the non-alcoholic version.
