Giffard Elderflower without alcohol captures the delicate floral character of hand-picked elderflowers and translates it into a non-alcoholic flavor creation. The infusion of real elderflower in white wine vinegar, combined with natural flavors, creates a clear, floral profile with a delicate sweetness – ideal for light cocktail compositions and sparkling summer drinks.
The harmonious combination of floral notes, delicate freshness, and mild citrus accents makes this elderflower versatile: perfect for non-alcoholic fizz variations, Collins interpretations, spritz drinks, or creative signature cocktails with mint, lime, or berries. It can take center stage in a drink or add an elegant, floral accent.
Recipe tip – Elderflower Fizz Zero (non-alcoholic)
- 4 cl Giffard elderflower liqueur (non-alcoholic)
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 8 cl soda water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- Ice cubes
- Mint
- Lemon zest
Pour the alcohol-free Giffard elderflower liqueur and lemon juice into a tall glass over ice, top up with soda water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine, stir gently and garnish with mint and lemon zest.
Once opened, the flavor composition will keep for around 5 months. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not necessary.
