Originally the pistachio comes from Persia and has different names. The stone fruit grows in a broadleaf tree which has a height of up to 12m and can become 300 years old. The tough pod is oval-shaped and yellow green colored. Before you can eat the pulp, you have to remove a rough, brown red colored peel. Now you got the green and oleiferous pulp which has a pleasant almond-like, sweet, full-bodied and spicy taste.

20ml Monin Pistachio syrup
15ml Monin White Chocolate sauce
150ml milk
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes.
