The Praline flavour by Monin stands for coated almond. The almonds will get coated in caramlized sugar in large copper pots. Take a pot, heat it, put in the almonds, add water and sugar and don´t forget to stir all the time. Et Voilá, you will get the delicious Praline!

1,5cl MONIN Praline syrup
4cl Bourbon
7cl orange juice
4 fresh strawberries
Muddle syrup with strawberries. Add orange juice and ice cubes. Top with Bourbon.
