The rocks glass from the 'Drink Specific Glassware' collection by Riedel Bar is, as the name clearly suggests, ideal for the refreshing enjoyment of whisky 'on the rocks'. The height and width of 8,3cm each, as well as the resulting volume of 283ml, offer enough space for several standard ice cubes, as well as for larger ones, which are becoming more and more popular due to their aesthetics.
The underneath and the walls of the whisky tumbler are covered in grooves. On the one hand, this provides a firm grip and, on the other hand, it results in the solid base ice being jagged. The latter contributes to the crystal-glass beauty of the glass tumbler. The crystal glass used by Riedel is extremely brilliant, colorfast and also suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
