Recipe for Proust Caïpirovska Passion:
20 ml Madeleine syrup
50 ml vodka
1 fresh passion fruit
Preparation: Place the passion fruit seeds in a tumbler and stir well with the Madeleine syrup. Fill with crushed ice, add the vodka, and stir again. Garnish with half a passion fruit.
