The slim and tall mixing glass has a simple and timeless design. It stands stably on a thickened base and also has thick walls. These prevent the prepared drink from heating up during stirring. Cocktails are traditionally stirred with ice cubes, which can water down the drink during preparation. The thickened walls do not heat up too quickly and thus prevent watering down.
Furthermore, this mixing glass has a generous volume of 860 ml and offers enough space for several cocktails. This allows you to comfortably prepare 2-3 identical cocktails at the same time. The shaped spout allows you to pour the drink into the guest's glass cleanly and without spilling.
Use it to mix classic cocktails based on thin spirits or ingredients. Cocktails with creamy and thick ingredients, on the other hand, are better prepared with a shaker or blender. The Calabrese mixing glass is ideal for classics such as martinis or cosmopolitans.
Note: The glass can be placed in the dishwasher for hygienic cleaning. Please allow it to cool sufficiently afterwards and do not use it immediately for mixing again to avoid thermal shock and possible shattering. Especially during operation, it is advisable to have several glasses in use so that cleaned glasses can cool down undisturbed.
