For a smooth start, please note:

• The machine must be placed on a stable, level surface with at least 15 cm of space on all sides for ventilation.
• Only use suitable liquids with a sugar content of at least 13° Brix or an alcohol content of at least 4%.
• Cooling can start immediately after filling – the required cooling time depends on the recipe, quantity, and initial temperature of the liquid.
• Please read the operating and installation instructions carefully before using the machine for the first time.
