This "Fruit for Mix" from Giffard in the variant 'Sour Apple' is the ideal solution to add authentic aromas and a more complex texture to your drinks. This apple preparation can also be ued in baking, pastry, for milk shakes and desserts.
The fruit mix has an intense sour taste of granny-smith apples followed by an underlying layer of sweet sugar notes.
