This compact cocktail station with a sink is made of easy-to-clean, hygienic stainless steel. Key features include the built-in glass washer, the large ice compartment with adjustable dividers, the spacious drawer for bottles, the sliding cutting board, and the strategically placed trash flap. Since storage space and a fast workflow are crucial in any bar, everything is close at hand in this cocktail station—including the sink and waste disposal. The included, elongated cutting board can be moved in front of and over the sink so that liquids and waste fall directly into the sink or the waste chute. A trash can is not included, and you can decide for yourself whether to use a bucket or a bin—and what material it should be made of. The container fits into the convenient drawer under the sink. There is also a trash flap on the front. Directly to the left of the sink, centered, is a large compartment for ice that can be flexibly divided using dividers. The bottom is perforated to allow meltwater to drain away. An elongated recess is provided toward the back wall for inserting custom containers as needed—for example, GN 1/9 containers for prepared cocktail ingredients. Toward the front, a Speedrack provides space for bottles and Speedbottles that need to be quickly accessible. Below that, a large, deep drawer provides space for restocking.
