The Brema CB 316A HC B-QUBE DP ice cube maker delivers up to 38 kg of ice cubes per 24 hours – reliably, clearly and dimensionally stable. The B-Qube combines elegance with function: a clear, solid, individually molded cube (approx. 31.5 × 32.5 mm, approx. 23 g) that is easy to process and gives drinks a modern, eye-catching look. Ideal for bars, restaurants, and hotels where presentation and melting behavior are equally important.

The integrated drain pump actively transports excess water from production and cleaning into the drain (delivery height up to 1.50 m above the machine outlet under ideal conditions) – helpful if there is no floor drain or if the drain is higher. This allows for flexible installation, for example in existing counters or narrow bars.

Inside the ice maker, theBrema spray process finely sprays water into ice molds and builds up ice layer by layer. This results in ice cubes without air pockets – crystal clear, compact in density, and slow to melt.

The air-cooled version requires free airflow to dissipate the heat generated by the device. R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant – natural, efficient, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

The ice maker has an AISI 304 stainless steel housing, rounded inner edges, and removable components, which facilitates regular, thorough cleaning. An integrated cleaning program complements the care – for high hygiene with manageable maintenance effort.

Professional installation is a prerequisite for the ice machine to deliver its specified performance. A water filter – as recommended by us – improves the taste and clarity of the ice cubes and reliably protects the system from deposits.
