Storage Jars
Food storage containers are not only known from the professional gastronomy; in almost every private household they can be found in several forms. The sealable containers are mostly made of plastic (please note the properties of the different materials!) and, as the name suggests, are intended for storing food.
Storage containers come in many varieties: they not only come in every conceivable shape and color - their properties also differ. Some storage containers can be frozen or heated in the microwave, for example, and dishwasher resistance also depends on the individual product.
