The eye-catcher in this Tiki mug is a face with big, round eyes and a bright red tongue. The face is abstract and it is up to the viewer to decide whether they consider it human, deity or animal. Around the face, the ceramic mug is painted a shiny brown and dotted with incised lines. Depending on the interpretation, this is the fur of a monkey or the bark of a tree trunk.
The cocktail cup is designed all around and on the back are depicted tiny dancing Tiki mugs. The brown painted parts are glazed, while the face and the mini Tikis are plain and a pleasant contrast both visually and when touched. The inside is completely glazed.
Recipe for 'Eldorado':
50ml Tequila
10ml Triple Sec
10ml Crème de Bananes
40ml orange juice
40ml pineapple juice
40ml banana nectar
Preparation: Shake all ingredients together with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
