The bar knife´s blade is deepened into the wooden handle and is fixed with two rivets. The wooden handle has a slightly ergonomic shape and is therefore comfotable to hold in your hand. The blade is made of mirror polished stainless steel and is provided with a serrated blade and two jags at the end. This makes it easy to pick up wedged or sliced of lemons, oranges or limes. This valuable and lightweight knife is an excellent knife for cutting and for preparing citrus fruits.
